Over last 6 months have noticed severe muscle loss at penis base which makes intercourse very difficult for me and unsatisfying for wife. There is no pain. The shape has changed my penis is smaller but thicker at top. Very worried. I urinate very frequently - sometimes difficult to control. I am 52 years old and a smoker. Low BP.
