Q: I have Advanced Incurable Prostate Cancer, yet it has only been seen vaguely in 1 lymph node?

I have had a radical prostectomy: cancer reocurred after two years. Then I had 34 Treatments of External beam radiation, cancer reoccurred after about three years. Now I am being treated with a total hormonal blockade which includes 4 Month Lupron injections Plus 50 milligrams of Casodex each day. How can I be sure that I have Advanced Incurable Prostate Cancer? My PSA is slowly rising from .25 to .86 over a three month period of time.
