3 months ago my bowels swelled up......

lost in kansas

3 months ago my bowels swelled up. May be due to a alergy to dairy. Anyway, I sneezed and felt movement in my left groin. There's a lump there now that's squishy like fat that gets firm when I push and is moveable. Had some pain in the area. Ultrasound said I didn't have one which means nothing. A Dr and a PA say I have one. A sergeon and another Dr say I don't. That Dr said I have fat slipping between my pelvic bone and my muscle wall....which is impossible. About two weeks ago I developed an urgency to urinate. It started mildly and got worse over time. This was accompanied by constricted urine flow. Odd thing...when I push while I'm voiding the stream stops. Now I have a constant mild burning in the tip of my penis, random constipation or swelling in the colon, I can't tell which. The urgency is often far too much for me to bear. CBC looked good a couple months ago. Urine looks good, prostate looks good, and the last two exams for hernia have turned up nothing. I've seen a PA, 4 doctors and been examined by a surgeon. They've given me a clean bill of health! I am almost constantly uncomfortable. Sometimes I urinate every 5 minutes! Urgency, burning, constipation.... I'm a CNA that isn't working because I was diagnosed with a hernia. I don't have insurance. I'm starting to believe the thing they say about people with no insurance....they don't get proper care. I am going crazy!!!!! I haven't had sex since Feb. So it's pretty unlikely that I have an STD as I've had no symptoms that resemble STD. No discharge or burning while urinating. I am suppose to be getting married soon. My fiance and I are abstaining. I am an absolute god in bed and she is not going to be happy if this interferes with our "lives." I am beyond discouraged at this point! No insurance and not much in the way of funds. I feel like I need a urologist, a proctologist and an MRI!!! There has got to be someone out there that can help me!
