3 months ago my bowels swelled up......

3 months ago my bowels swelled up. May be due to a alergy to dairy. Anyway, I sneezed and felt movement in my left groin. There's a lump there now that's squishy like fat that gets firm when I push and is moveable. Had some pain in the area. Ultrasound said I didn't have one which means nothing. A...
