Q: I am 41.I have slow urine stream.May be BPH.I am divorcee.What r the side effect of surgery.After surgery should i get married or marriage will be a dream.

Prior to contemplating surgery, pharmacotherapy should be tried. Most agents used to relieve prostate symptoms will not effect your sexual function. Some however may be associated with abnormal ejaculation, however erections should be maintained. Reply
