Q: after use casodex,zoladex,zomesta,PSA=250ng/ml, can use oestrogen and orchitectomy?

my father is 69 years-old, he has been prostate cancer with metaste bones, PSA>100ng/ml, gleason 2+3. He has used casodex, zolades, zomesta. After 2 months, he is very well, PSA=40. But the third month, PSA=50, take futher ciprobay 30 days. Now, the sixth month, PSA=250 and his bones are pain. He had been orchitectomy. We can use oestrogen for him? dose of oestrogen? Thanks for your answer.
