Q: I came out of prostate Laser surgery incontinent. Its been 2 months !

The doctor has put me on a number of drugs from a Uroxitrol patch, Enablex, Avodart, and even an anti-depressant, Imipramine.  Since I was already on Effexor for another condition, it really made things difficult.  None of that has worked.

Before the surgury, I had urgency problems, and frquently became ill from infections.  I thought surgury would be a good thing to break that cycle.  If I'd known I was going to have to wear a diaper the rest of my life, naturally, I wouldn't have done it.

That's water under the bridge now.  I know women have exercise they do called Kegel's.  Is there anything like that males can do?  Are there surgeries or implants that can be used?  I'm a 7th grade history teacher, and I'm only 54 years old.  I'm hoping to get my life back.  Are there any other options?
