Blood in Semen and Transparent Sperm

Topics:blood in semenhematospermia

Hi,
About a month ago while I was really hard and excited I went to urinate and had few drops of blood. I panicked and went to the physician, he did X-ray tests to check if its not kidney stone etc. Prescribed me some heavy antibiotics for 14 days (twice a day). During this period , every time i had intercourse I had blood in it.

Even after the medicine course is completed, I am getting pinkish sperm and now it is not white, it comes out liquid, transparent.

My biggest fear is some sort of cancer.

Can you help me with your expertise?

Blood in the semen is known as hematospermia. It tends to be self-limited and not associated with any significant diseases. This should resolve spontaneously over the next several weeks. If it persists, a follow-up visit with your urologist would be a good idea.
