I have blood in my seamen for 4 weeks was on lavaquin for 21 days still have prostatitis symptoms.

48 year old Went to Dr 4 weeks ago for blood in seamen no other symptoms DRE checked out ok. Later in the week developed symptoms sore penis,testis,and an ach between scrotom and anus. Was put on lavaquin for 21 days after completing the meds still have the symptoms although they do seem slightly improved. Is 4 weeks a long time to have these symptoms especially the blood in seamen? Also since the symptoms are still there do you feel I should still be on some meds. thanks
