Thanks for the question. According to the Web site of GlaxoSmithKline, its manufacturer, Granufink is a line of pumpkin-seed products that is used to treat bladder and prostate problems. However, as you said, it is made in Germany so it is tough to find any information on it in English. You should make sure that your doctor says it is safe for your use.
