I have taken Avodat for about 10years and the itch on my shines about the same time. I know I may never find the cause, but is it likely Avodat is responsible. If I change to an alternate prostate med, will I be any better off?

Q: I have severe itching on both my shines, is it likely Avodart is the cause?

If by shines you are referring to your shins, the front of your lower legs, I had that too. When I stopped drinking orange juice the itching stopped. Mine was related to a citrus allergy.
