Q: I am 25 years old and i have some symptoms of prostate problems. My lower back hurts everyday and sometimes my hip. i do not wake up often thru the night and sometimes stop and go when im urinating.

I have no problem getting an erection, but sometimes when i ejaculate it doesnt hurt it just doesnt feel the same. no signs of blood in urine or semen. just the back and hip pain has me very worried. sometimes i have dull pain in testes as well. i just want to get some information on these symptoms, as i am VERY concerned. Is there any cases of prostate cancer in someone in there 20s?
