Q: What should PSA levels be? General range?

What should the PSA level be for my husband who is 62 and healthy (eats right and excercises) - family doc sent him to urologist due to high level (don't know what they were, just trusted that he knows what he's talking about)... went to urologist who re-tested and examined him and said that everything is fine.  Received stress-inducing phone call yesterday afternoon from urologist's office saying that family physician's office had sent wrong report and that now urologist wants a biopsy.  What should the levels be for my husband?
