can cocaine cause blood in semen ?

my friend noticed blood in his semen , he also told me that he had some cocaine a night before..was that the cause and is it alarming. he has no history of prostate cancer in his family. his age is 38yrs..

There are many reasons he may have blood in his semen, however it is not likely it was the cocain. He should go to the doctor. He may have a problem with his prostate or an STD but it is impossible to tell over the internet, and in fact it is illegal to diagnose a problem over the internet. Your freind should go to the doctor and get checked out. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
