Hello zyed, There are many reasons he may have blood in his semen, however it is not likely it was the cocain. He should go to the doctor. He may have a problem with his prostate or an STD but it is impossible to tell over the internet, and in fact it is illegal to diagnose a problem over the internet. Your freind should go to the doctor and get checked out. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
