I would reccomend Dr. Thomas Bogaard(urologist).  He does Green Light pv procedure that is safe with minor temporary after affects.  Much better than Turp.  I've not seen him but he was highly rec. by another DR. for this particular procedure. He has done many and you want someone whose done alot of these procedures.  In researching for my own enlarged prostate situation, this is the route I would take if I opt for  surgery. I am opting to try Flomax first.(medicine)  I also take two excellent supplements(my opinion, of course) for regular health of prostate.  1) ' ultra natural prostate' from Life Extension Foundation  and 'Zyflamend'  from New Chapter.  Both have internet sites.
