Is there a connection between my recent involvement in cycling and a concurring rise in my PSA test?

A few years ago I took up cycling in a fairly serious manner. I ride six days a week normally and fairly hard. I also have had a historically enlarged prostate. Does the messaging that takes place in bike riding correlated to higher readings of PSA? After some rather high readings I had a biopsy that came back positive. The readings were not bad and I went into "watchful waiting." About 1 1/2 years later a biopsy came back clean. No cancer. My PSA still fluctuates. I know that it is recommended that you have no sex 72 hours before a test. Does the same apply to cycling? Just curious about the PSA/Cycling effect.

There is a correlation between prostate activity and bike riding. Consider a wider seat seat or a recumbent seat
