No pressure at the end of urination

Recently, I have been having an issue with a lack of pressure at the end of my urinations. Everything seems fine until the end. About 1/4 of an ounce is left over in the pipes. I have to... how do I say... coax it up and out with my hands. This is not a lot of urine left over, but it causes a...
