Reply to an Answer

In response to:
Hi Dave-   Was the perineal operation for the treatment of prostate cancer?  Was a radical prostatectomy performed, or was just the tumor itself excised?   Although the PSA levels you mention aren't a cause for concern by themselves, they would be a reason to talk more with your doctor about followup treatment if the prostate had been previously removed.   -Dan
