Q: Can a rising PSA be due to BPH?

The last two years my PSA was 1.8 and 1.9 consecutively. This year it was 3.2 but when tested about 30 days later it was 2.7. I do not have burning or difficulty in starting a stream. However I do get up frequently during the night, I sometimes have urgency, I dribble after urinating and I get a tingling in the prostrate as though I stll am urinating a little or haven't quite finished. I am 67 years of age.

A PSA of 3.2 is normal for your age. With the symptoms that you have, it is very likely that you have BPH.
