Q: kidney full of sand

i am 29 years old and mother of 2 kids.i had sever abdominal pain 4 months ago. i went to doc he suggested it might be Appendics and asked for ultra sound and ex-rays. the results showed right kidney full of sand concretions.

i had taken the recommended medicine.

what should i do now ?

what is good for my kidney?

what diet is recommended?

will lots of water help?

Thanks for the question. You should follow up with your doctor to make sure the medicine has had the decired effect.
