Q: I'm 72, had a vasectomy, and green light pvp. I can still get aroused, but cannot orgasm.
After the procedures that you have had you will obviously be sterile due to the vasectomy and your semen should not contain any sperm. My guess is that you are able to orgasm (experience the sensation that occurs) however after a green light prostatectomy (or any other form of prostate surgery) in all likelihood you will not be able to ejaculate (release fluid). There is no way to reverse this.
