I have been diagnosed with Prostatitis even though I feel like i have Nerve related or other damages, Does it sound like Prostatitis?

i started having Urinary problems (inability, weak stream etc) since 1month ago. It happened after a sundden sharp pain in the penis when urinating. i also got extreme tingling/pins needles/crawling sensation all around the scrotum and someitmes penis. I also have sharp pains in penis and urethra…
