Diagnosed with BPH at the age of 31 - Alpha Blocker not working

I am 35 and I have been diagnosed with a prostate enlargement in 2005. Since then I take Tamsunar but without improvement yet. Would you recommend to additionally try alternative therapy? If yes, what exactly would you recommend? Thank you.
