Dear Dan and Jay,   Thank you very much for your answers. I do have the following symptoms: - weak stream of urine - dribbling of urine - not fully emptying the bladder   I first started my therapy with the alpha blocker Urozosin. My Urologist changed this to Tamsunar this year.   My Urologist told me that people also in my age could suffer of BPH.   I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, don't drink coffeine, don't eat very spicy food.   I am now also changing my diet (bought the book "prostate care diet") and to use herbal supplements (e.g. saw palmetto).   Any other advice would be more then welcome. I have heard of doing sitzbaths are supposed to be effective (www.cleanprostate.com).   I live in London; if you know a good urologist I am also happy to get a second advice.   Thank you very much in advance,   Aljoscha
