Q: am 51 years old and last year i do my psa test it was 1.7 and this year its comming up to 14.5

and i had small infection in my prostate going away by taking antibiotic in 3 days is this higher of psa can  be prostate cancer

This is a very significant change in the PSA in one year.  Initially I would recommend a trial of antibiotics followed by a repeat PSA.  If the PSA continues to be elevated, given your young age, a biopsy will be needed.
