Q: What is this small urine loss?

Hello,

Until I was like 25 nothing was wrong, but around that age urine would remain on (and I think dribble to) the tip of my penis, after urinating. (I'm now 32). This in a way I wasn't used to before, which even got me in the situation at one time of having a small spot in my pants, where two persons at the office (not quite my best friends there at the time to begin with) stared at and had a bit of a laugh in silence... very emberasing!!

Ever since then I dó take good care and whipe after peeing.. In public rest rooms I have to do that with my hand and of course wash, but just shaking doesn't do the trick... Also now, when I'm not careful, my underware gets (really) moist.

My grandfather has had prostate cancer (and surgery for that), but I'm not immediately self-prognosing that for myself... I'd just like to know if there's a solution...

With a size of a bit over 18 cm I guess I'm around (or a bit above) average in size: could that also be causing this inconvenient problem? Or bad diet habits :(

Thanks in advance for any help!
