Q: I haven't been going to the bathroom as much even though I drink a lot of fluids.

For example, yesterday, I only went to bathroom once for the whole day that I was in the office.  What might be the the cause of this?  Should i go see a doctor?

Thanks for the question. Your first and best option is to visit a doctor as soon as possible. Only he or she can diagnose what the problem may be. Sometimes this situation can require immediate medical attention, so it's probably better safe than sorry. Before you visit, you may want to try this symptom checker before you go to have some ideas of what to talk to the doctor about. I hope this helps.
