Hi Mike,   There isn't a lot of information online here that pertains to your particular situation.  While online sites are wonderful resources for getting the information you need to ask all the right questions, they can not take the place of your doctor's solid medical advice. If you are concerned (and it sounds like you are having a difficult time of it) you should talk it out with your doctor.   Here's what I found. You can read about incontinence here. There are treatment options here. While I understand that your issue is that you are having to catheter yourself to urinate, it might be helpful to revisit this as an incontinence problem. You might consider asking your doctor if your bladder can be repaired, retained and re-attached. In females the bladder can fall causing incontinence, it's possible that is the case with yours as it had been weakened. Also, you might speak to your doctor about correcting the sphincter that regulates flow from your bladder. You can read about that here.   I hope you find something that helps your situation. Please stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!Vicki M
