A PSA of 5.35 is elevated at age 61. If you have an abnormal prostate exam, then there is no need to repeat the biopsy. Another determining factor would be the history of your prior PSA readings and how rapid the rise is occurring. A repeat PSA is not an unreasonable approach prior to undergoing biopsy.

I would detox yourself, take Pumpkin capsules every day, and give yourself two months, then retest with another agency than you had your last test.
