Thanks for the question. Your wording is somewhat confusing. Do you mean that when you orgasm nothing comes out at all? Or do you mean that when you orgasm your ejaculate has a low sperm count? Either way, you should definitely see a doctor to have this question answered, since only he or she is qualified to really diagnose what exactly may be the cause of this situation.   Try using this symptom checker to get some background on what the problem might be before visiting the doctor.
