Q: prostatitis or BPH

i am age 34 .i had a prostatitis at age of 25 since then i took so many antibiotics and seemed to be cured but ,now  i am having pain in pelvic area , problem in urination, dribbling, pain in rectum while passing stool , urge and feeling of stool and urine all the time , pain in left testicle some time , burning feet and palms of hand after passing urine .,, had a ultra sound test and found enlarged prostate and doctor prescribed me prazosin which only helps controlling viens and blood pressure so that urine could be easily passed but it dosnt cure prostate , SO I Am confused of having acute prostatitis or BPH ... ANY medicine  to treat them both or for general prostate health .? i am young , single and dont want to be impotent , so am worried about medicines and thier side effects aswell? plz advise...

It seems that your symptoms may again be related to prostatitis. You should again be seen by a Urologist and revealuated.
