Consistent prostate problems.

My dad has been suffering from prostate problems for a long time. He has undergone 3 TURP operations in 2000, 2004 and 2006. Before the operation in 2006, his PSA level reached 37.36. Now, his PSA level is 2. He had an operation on hernia twice in 2001 and 2004. My questions are: 1. Can the...
