My husband had a radical prostatectomy on Aug 2, 2012. Today is 8/24. His incision is leaking through 6 layers of gauge and a Kotex pad. This dressing needs to be changed 3 times a day. Is this normal?

That is an excessive amount 3 wseks after a radical prostatectomy. The leakage could be either urine leakage from teh bladdder or possibly lymphatic drainage. You should be in touch with your Urologist immediately.
