Q: Over the past 2 months I've had swelling at the opening of my penis. There's no pain during urination. One of my testicles feels swollen and there's discomfort. What and how to cure.

I'm in a relationship and have not been sexually active with anyone other than my partner. He is also not having sex out side of our realationship. I have not been to the doctor yet and have not tried antibiotics. I'm trying to find out what this is before I go.
