Q: Color of semen: What is normal?

My husband is taking Flomax and noticed his semen was a grayish color. Can you this be from the medication or should he go to his doctor?

Semen color is usually not perfectly white but usually off-white. Unless it is red, the color of semen is usually not of any great significance. The consistency of the semen may however change while using Flomax. After talking with the doctor, you could stop the Flomax for a short period of time and observe the color of the semen while not using the medication.
