Q: Blood in Semen / Can't urinate because of blood clot.

Hello, I am a 30yr old, who has battled a condition that my urologist cannot figure out. It started with blood in my urine, the blood clotted and I could not urinate for hours until I passed the clot. it happened about 3 times and the hospital told me it was a bladder infection. it continued again and again. I had 3 cystoscopy's and it always came back clear of cancer and tumors. Blood shows up in my semen and after intercourse. its a life changing condition, so I want to figure it out. I am on my second urologist network, and they cannot figure out what is wrong. I have also went to the hemotologist, and oncologist in my city, but those test came back clear too. Please share your expertise. Thanks
