Lack of semen during ejaculation is known as anejaculation. It can be caused by several different conditions including an obstruction of the ejaculatory duct. Various medications can also cause this problem. Some diabetics have retrograde ejaculation which causes semen to be propelled back into the bladder during orgasm rather than out through the urethra. Evaluation with a urologist will help clarify this.
