Q: 6 yrs after radiation, PSA level has raised.

6 yrs after having radiation therapy for prostate cancer---there was no tumor, just a couple positive "bites" in the biopsy---my husband's PSA reading is up to 1.20 after having it down to zero.2 or something like that. It was VERY low & we were thrilled. Having this raise is worrisome, to say the least. How likely is it, after 6 yrs, that this raise is indicative of a returning cancer?
