had blachy therapy three years due to prostate cancer. starting last month, bleeding starts from penis with pain whenever urinating. systosopy test reveals that bleeding from prostat urinary line due to seeding radiation. doctor says to wait and see. is there way to treat it and stop bleeding?

I had the same problem after 5 years. The problem was severe.
Not only bleeding but clotting to the point where I could not urinate. Catherder had to be inserted and remained for many days till bleedind stopped. This has happened 4 times so far. the last was in Dec. of 2008. After the last episode m Dr. told that it was definately from the Brachy treatment and not from bladder cancer surgery that I had for cancer in 2007.
