Q: Iam a patient of urethral stricture. I am undergoing periodical dilatation once in 2 or 3 months.Is there a permanent cure for this?

Although nothing is ever definitively curable, there are treatments that should be available to you.  If you are only being dilated, than consideration should be given to undergoing an internal urethrotomy which is an endoscopically performed incision of the stricture. There are also traditional open surgical procedures that can repair this
