hi im 20 and resently ive been noticing blood in my semen reason is unknown i think its cause im dehydrated due to the fact the skin around my penis is really dry and cracking which ive been using triple anti biotic ointment for the blood is not read but kind of a brownish color like its old. im scared 2 tell my house mates due to the fact that there gay and they might wanna see if and i dont wanna put my self in that sittuation. and i have no other way of getting to a hospital. but i dont know if i should or just wait to see if it goes away. any advise would be great. thanks
