Q: i am a 25yr old man. I have had prostate symptoms over the past year, some days worse then others. When i urinate it doesnt hurt just feels dirty, also dribble and stop and go. no blood found in urine

My back has hurt for over a year and i thought it was a physical problem, but since my symptoms have worsened it hurts everyday, sometimes hip also. I have no problem getting an erection but when i ejaculate it doesnt feel the same. I am in the military and on leave had unprotected sex, after that my symptoms seem to worsen. If it is a infection can it still be cured after years of having?? or is it too late?? also is it possible to have prostate cancer at 25yrs old?? I am very concerned and very scared, so i have put off seeing a urologist. although my symptoms have worsened i will seek medical aid. If i can get any help on what my condition is it will be greatly appreciated. though i know i need to seek medical attention, does anyone mabey know what my condition is and how serious it is???? thanks for all your help.

Given your age and your symptoms it is most likely that you either have contracted a STD or are experiencing prostatitis. I would sek evaluation with a Urologist if possible.
