Today it isnt sore and not so swollen but the base of the head is still red and when I pull the foreskin back its red and theres a small amount of some mucus like substance.I didnt wash after sex and she mentionned I was a bit rough.Is it just sore and will get better or have I got something.Thanks to anyone who can help

It is possible that what you are noticing could be from rough sex. It is also possible that you have an infection, balanitis that is commonly associated with the presence of a foreskin.
Good hygienic practice including pulling back the foreskin routinely and cleaning under the head of the penis is important. It is also important to make sure that you keep the area as dry as possible.
