I had my prostate removed 2 years ago and my psa goes from 0.2 to 0.5 then back to 0.2 back to 0.4

The radiolist says I still have some cancer and my oncoligist says to keeping watching the psa. I have it done once a month and it always is different. It has never gone past 0.5. I had my prosate removed 2 years ago. Please help. no one know why it keeps changing.
