Hello dave,   If this is still bothering you, you could go to the doctor and have them check it out. Unfortunately it is illegal to make a diagnosis over the internet. Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. We are currently trying to make it more clear on the page where you ask a question that diagnoses are illegal. Sorry about the confusion.
