Blood in the semen tends to be self-limited and usually is not associated with any significant conditions.  If it persists, you should be evaluated by a urologist.

I would like to know this too since it just happened to me for the first time. I am 55

PLEASE POST A ANSWER TO THIS! If I knew the answer I wouldn't be playing these games. How can a man answer his own question?
