I had a substance on the left side of my penis since two and a half years.It has grown much and now it's hanging downwards my testes sac.It can be prostate enlargment.It pains when i have sex or it feels heavy when i drink much.It is like a tube hanging from inside the body through the penis area on the left part of the body downwards.I want to know what is it. PLease answer my question
