blood in semen six months after prostate cancer treatment

I am 56, had external beam radiation and high dosage brachytherapy for prostate cancer.  Immediately following had blood in semen, but it has been 6 months and the blood is recurring.  Why?

If you have had prostate surgery and need salvage radiation but elect to take injections instead, how long will the lupron injections work?

Post surgical seroma

I had a radical prostatectomy 10 years ago. A recent MRI shows a " seroma" near the left femoral artery. The radiologist attributes this seroma to a post surgical event. If that was the case, would not this seroma be disolved after 10 years??Thank you

PCa and diabetes

I've been recently diagnosed and my cancer is very early.  My urologist recommends against surgery because I'm diabetic and overweight.  I'd like to hear from anyone in similar circumstances.Ari
