Post surgical seroma

I had a radical prostatectomy 10 years ago. A recent MRI shows a " seroma" near the left femoral artery. The radiologist attributes this seroma to a post surgical event. If that was the case, would not this seroma be disolved after 10 years??Thank you

PCa and diabetes

I've been recently diagnosed and my cancer is very early.  My urologist recommends against surgery because I'm diabetic and overweight.  I'd like to hear from anyone in similar circumstances.Ari

Surgery Options

I am just been diagnosed with early stage prostate cancer. Now investigating options, but prob will go with surgery.  Need advice on the best in the country. I have flight benefits so I am willing to go anywhere.
